Bright lipstick people; over here!

If you are a lover of bright ballsy lipstick, please would you tell me which are your favourite ones? Especially if they're wearable on pale people. I'm after inspiration to expand my already bloated power lipstick wardrobe. My latest favourite is nars 'grace' - an amazing hybrid fuscia/coral that makes me feel ten feet tall when I wear it

I love Estee Lauder Impassioned and Restless and I'm really pale.

Chanel pirate. It is gorgeous. I'm really pale with red brown hair.

I'm an Elizabeth Arden Red Door Red girl... love it and feel so polished when I have it on. I'm also really pale and pinky if that helps

Thankyou! I have chanel malicious (sp?) which is better on me than pirate, but I love pirate as a nail varnish. The best fuschia imo is a lancome one called fuscia fever(?) will double check that name tomorrow. I bloody love nars funnyface too, although I find it harder to wear now than I did 6 or so years ago. Probably cos it's blue-based. One of my favourite ever reds is a kate Moss one though. I'd like a really fab burgundy forum winter. Kind of rouge noir-ish but a bit browner. Probably have to wear it blotted down though as I have no pigment whatsoever in my skin.

My favourite at the moment is Mac Full Fuschia. It's bright and has a nice texture to it, not dry iyswim.

For a red with a brownish tint I love MAC viva glam 1 which is matte, for something shinier I like MAc dark side. For some dark but pinker, I like MAc media

For a Fuchsia I love MAC rebel and MAc Diva, do I sound like a MAc salesperson yet? I'm not truly.

A classic for pale cool toned skin is Revlon Cherries in the Snow. Some online bloggers and articles say it's a red but it's a deep pink in real life. Been going since the 50's I think.

I blot it down a bit, as I'm basically translucent, and put a clear balm over the top. Stays on for hours and hours.

Mac Plumful comes out a pinky plum on me and sounds similar to the colour you're after.

MAC red & MAC Fushia for me

I love NARS matte and satin pencils for bright colours, especially Dragon Girl (pinkish red) and Red Square (orange red) and Damned (berry) in the Matte formula and Yu (hot pink) and Luxemborg (bight warm pink/red) in the Satin. They are easy to apply because of the pencil form, last for ages and are comfortable to wear.

I've also tried a couple of Bobbi Brown's fat pencil lipsticks (Sunset Orange and Electric Pink) and they are lovely too.

For cheaper options, Maybelline does some great lipsticks, especially the Vivid formula. Fuchsia Flash might fit the brief for a nice bright fuchsia.

Chanel Coco Rouge Cambon. Kiko also have excellent cheap lippies. A deep bright raspberry, I'm very pale and cool-toned.

I love my lipsticks, I have about 60 . All my favourites are Mac ones especially; Candy Yum Yum, Girl about town, Lady Danger and Ruby Woo.

MAC Ruby Woo is my favourite. My sister likes to remind me I look like a ghost. MAC lady danger too.
