I can't find the going grey thread. How is everyone getting on?

This is mine atm. I had to bleach the crown of my hair and the back to tone it all in but only because I'm going to a wedding next week and it looked a bit scraggy.
I'm leaving off the bleach from now to see what comes through.
The front and sides are my natural colour.

I'm not posting pictures but I am on a FB group and really happy with it. Side parting, mainly grey but some natural colour still mixed in.

Mine is a mess now. Used the purple shampoo all summer which did great things for my previously orange bits, turning them into blonde which still sort of looks good. But I have salt n pepper roots particularly at my temple which makes me look washed out.

I keep spotting older women (like me) who have grown out orangey brown hair with greyish roots. And I think 'urgh'. And I know I have it too!

Im on the GGG fb page, I can't get over that a lot of people look younger with grey/siver hair.

Thanks pear. I think I'm lucky that around my face is almost pure white, I did shave the sides in an undercut so they came through without any previuos colour on. I was very surprised how dark my roots towards the back were
I still occasionally use a silver toner but the ends of my hair are very porous from bleaching and they turn pink!

I'm on that page too - I love how American and enthusiastic people are!
