Black stretchy tight skirt

What should I be googling to get a short black stretchy skirt, all cotton and lycra, to wear over leggings/tights? Slightly thicker would be nice for warmth, but stretchiness and comfort are most important as I'll be playing with young DC. Is it a tube skirt? Are they totally out of fashion? Would probably wear it with long DMs like I did in the 90s..

Hush do them, Whistles have in the past, La Redoute have them for peanuts. I'm sure you'd find some on ebay.

Google tube or bodycon black skirt.

H&m do jersey black skirts in their basic range.

Karen03 · 29/09/2015 09:17

H&M do them - plain black ones & other colours & I've also seen spotty ones!

Fabellini · 29/09/2015 09:18

H&M one here and Hush one is often praised on here if you want to spend a bit more. Their website wouldn't let me link to it though!

Thank you everyone! It's hard when in addition to no fashion sense, you have no idea what anything's called. La redoute inexplicably have them for £5.40 so I'm going to try that one. H&M one also looks good. It's only going to get vomited on so don't want to spend too much at this stage :)

Waitrose, I bought the black tube skirt from H&M for my mat leave - cheap, comfy and versatile!

Echo the comments above

Btw, I read your username as "WaitroseEssentialPlacenta" Grin

The H&M one is great and washes really well. It's double layered so thick and warm.

MsBojangles · 29/09/2015 16:48

Hush, 10% off with SEPT15

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 29/09/2015 17:36

I love my Whistles ones but they don't seem to be doing them any more. :( I'm going to try H&M but fear they may be too short even for little me!

WaitroseEssentialPancetta · 29/09/2015 19:47

The h&m one seems to be viscose. At least the vomit will dry quicker.

Delicious waitrose placenta! So much nicer than Asda placenta.
