Wanted: Jumpers cut like Boden's off duty jumper

Hello,
I have lost a shit load of weight and am needing to overhaul my wardrobe. Currently a size 12-14 and still losing. I can now wear jeans and like the relaxed skinny jeans rolled up a bit look with a slouchier jumper.

Any recommendations? I don't like Boden's colours and have trawled eBay to no avail.

What I would like is a relaxed roll neck that isn't a throat gripper but not so big it falls into cowl territory and the rest of the jumper oversized. In terms of colours I want a soft tan/ warm neutral or charcoal. I like natural materials.

Any help most appreciated. Grin

Have you had a look at Woolovers? They have so many different styles and colours, and I really like all the knitwear I have from them. The cashmere and merino range is lovely. Have fun buying new clothes!

CreviceImp · 29/09/2015 12:18

Hi- thanks for your suggestion. I do have a few things from them and particularly rate the moss stitch jumper but they don't seem to have a really boxy/slouchy jumper amongst their offerings.

I want something close to the Boden one but in nicer colours.

Not sure if any of these are slouchy enough!

Any particular colours you have in mind?

BestBeforeDate · 29/09/2015 12:43

Massimo Dutti have some gorgeous knitwear this season, including a few cream/camel/charcoal ones.

CreviceImp · 29/09/2015 13:12

I love the shape of the Joules Eartha one but not the oatmeal. I like the grey though must not buy another grey jumper

The lk Bennett one is a gorgeous colour but at £175 way overpriced. Quite a few contenders on the John Lewis site though-thanks Grin

Off for my first perusal of Massimo Dutti. Will report back ...

Although the one I'm looking for isn't there, I like the look of loads of the knitwear on the Massimo Dutti site. Great recommendation for future obsessions purchases.

Watching thread with interest...I'm looking for pretty much the same thing.

Crevice, do report back if you find something Smile

I want this so badly. Sorry OP not very helpful. It is a very nice jumper though. Grin

I would try Banana Republic ...

Coastingit · 30/09/2015 09:10

Me and Em have one and it comes in a beautiful Merlot colour - £££ though. Their knitwear is amazing this season, I could buy all of it.

CustardSpy · 30/09/2015 09:57

BringMeTea, Noooooooo! I want one too now....

MsBojangles · 30/09/2015 10:52

It is lovely...{drools}

Perhaps we could all club together and buy one and take it turns to wear it? A timeshare tunic Grin

BringMeTea · 30/09/2015 13:19

If you mean the Margaret Howell one, I'm in. And as I live in the tropics you guys should get your fair share of wear... Smile

BlueEyedWonder · 30/09/2015 19:22

I tried on a nice oversize jumper, similar in cut to the boden one, in Jigsaw. It comes in grey and a camel colour. It was £129 so spenny but cost and so nice.

MsBojangles · 12/10/2015 20:03

Bollocks, let me try again...nope, ASOS is playing silly beggars. I'll have to link to the DM, scroll down.

Lambzig · 17/10/2015 17:50

I know you don't like grey OP, but tkmaxx online has the Boden off duty jumper in grey for £24.99 at the moment. Last years stock I suppose.

CreviceImp · 17/10/2015 17:55

Thanks Lamb you are very helpful. I do like grey but have quite a lot of grey stuff already so was hoping to diversify (but not that marled speckled shite). Grin

Off to look now. ... One more can't hurt Wink

Well who knows with tk maxx photo skills (love how they can make a still costs £500 dress look like the primark sale rail), but it looks mor of a charcoal.

mrslebon · 17/10/2015 21:58

Thanks Lamzig! Just ordered the Boden jumper from TK Maxx. Preferred last year's style but missed out. Also bought bordeaux brogue chelsea boots and leopard chelsea boots.
