Past year or so these have appeared on my face. I used to have an occasional one or two on my eyelids - now I have about 15-20 on all different parts of my face. Across bridge of nose, eyelid, chin, cheeks.

What is the best way to stop more of the little buggers from forming? Can anyone help me, please?

Massage & exfoliation can help. You can't remove the ones around the eyelids but the others a beauty therapist can remove. If you want to try your self you need a sterilised needle. You pierce the top & gentle squeeze & a white worm will come out.

Stopping using products that are too greasy or rich. I get milia from skin creams and eye creams. I also get them from mineral makeup, but if I prime my skin with sunscreen or a silicone-based serum, I can use mineral makeup without problems.

Mine went after I started using an acid toner. Worth a try?
