It is quite fringey. Reminds me of one of those dreadlock dogs.

But it's not awful and works well on the model's very pared back outfit. Wouldn't work with anything too fussy.

Dreadlock bag needs to take centre stage.

It's as fringes as the people who buy it will want it to be. It may be too fringey or not fringey enough for the people who don't buy it.
What you need to decide is which person are you!
