Petite coats, not grandma style

Hi all, every year I fight the same battle. The quest for a decent coat in a petite size, that has not been designed with a 70 something in mind. Have any of my vertically challenged mums netters found anything cool this year? I've scoured the usual suspects that do petite sizes: Boden, TopShop, Precis, Dotty P, Gap......etc, but nothing.

The coat is for work mainly, and needs to be a warm winter coat.

Please help!

I find pea coat styles flattering but that only gives torso coverage. Hobbs had a good mid length one called kasia a while ago.

Massimo Dutti come up very small on me. I am 5ft, size 10 or a small (petite) to give you an idea.

I have a Hobbs navy wool pea coat from last Xmas in a size 10 and it comes just down past my bottom and the sleeves are a bit long but I usually have this problem with their coats. It's lovely though and fits very well everywhere else. I have loads of their coats over many years and they wear really well. Also have a couple of Whistles coats and they are lovely too.
