Something like Lipcote that stops lipstick getting everywhere?

I've started using my lovely lipstick collection for work. I'm getting lots of compliments so I'd like to keep it up!

It comes off everywhere. I've been using Lipcote for the past fortnight, and whilst that ensures that the lipstick doesn't wear off my lips - they are just as coloured when I get back as when I leave - it still smudges all over straws/cups/people.

Is there anything that seals it on so that I won't leave traces everywhere, or is this as good as it gets?

I set mine with loose powder.
I apply lipstick, blot on a tissue, brush over loose powder and repeat. Stays all day though eating and drinking ect.
