I am looking for a good eyeliner for attempting doing cat eye flicks. Is it better to use a liquid eyeliner? One of those felt tip ones? A gel one in a pot? I am overwhelmed by choice! And just to complicate things, I have sensitive skin which has been acting up recently, and limiting my options. The last time I tried to do flicky eyeliner (using a barry m one I bought in a hurry) I ended up with burning, swollen eyelids. Sexy. Any recommendations to avoid a repeat?
