Even Google thinks it's impossible to find a nice, plus-size raincoat.

All I can find is great, big, baggy sacks with either polka dots or flowers. Ideally it would be Seasalt-esque but in a larger size.

Any ideas?

Sorry OP no ideas. Just want to sympathise with you. Currently on search for a size20/22 wedding guest outfit. I'm going to an October wedding and my search has been fruitless thus far ;-(

Maverick Asos Curve would be a good bet for wedding guest dress. Sorry OP for hijacking with no help for you!

For raincoats, take a look at asos curve. I have the waterfall parka and it's nice but not waterproof.

For weddings, navabi and box2 are possible options.

I gave up with a funky mac in the end. I'm assuming that you've tried all the usual M&S/BHS etc?
