S&B newbie here. So on this beautiful London morning, as I sit at my desk with wet feet, I'm in the market for new boots. Just Fab keeps popping up on ads on my Facebook and email. Are they rubbish? I can't quite get my head around £35 shoes being any good for the winter.

The shoes look nice on the website but I found out before I actually ordered anything that they are a subscription service.

Once you order your first pair you pay £35 a month whether you order shoes or not.

I searched Just Fab on here and a few threads came up.

I had only registered my email to get newsletters but I quickly Unsubscribed as soon as I read the reviews.

I bought one pair of boots and they are really nice, but once you purchase you are sucked into a subscription of £5 a month.

I tried to leave as I was on maternity leave and it was really difficult, not for the faint hearted. The lady on the phone line was really pushy and was not taking no for an answer, she kept trying to sell me further products!! I eventually got unsubscribed but it probably took about 45 mins on the phone.

I'd avoid them if I were you. Not worth the hassle.

I was wondering what the catch was.

And make double sure you have Unsubscribed.

I had to call and email a few times to unsubscribe after I inadvertently signed up without knowing you were tied in to paying £35 a month !!!

Make sure you cancel your PayPal account with them or however you set it up.

All I've done so far is given them my name - no payment details and I clicked the "don't send me any emails" box so they can't charge me anything.

Yeh, avoid this site, not obvious to those that they have even joined and have their accounts debited each month without taking evasive action, STAY AWAY.
