Best squish-in-the-fat underwear?

I need to buy (online) something that will squish in waist and hips. Bought a one-piece from M & S before, but it didn't really work.

Any recommendations, please?

Primark...work really well and cheap.

I find the M and S ones almost too tight.

I like the John Lewis ones, their own brand. Plus they sell Maiden Form in my local JL and they are pretty good, too, but expensive.

My SIL tells me that Asda have great knickers but there's no Asda near me.
