Going Bald Transplant or Tattoo (male pattern baldness)

I'm in my mid/late twenties and I'm rapidly going bald. I am afraid this will look terrible on me and reduce my chances of finding a partner.

I am struggling to come to terms with it and I try to comb my hair over because I don't think it would look right shaved off.

I am considering a hair transplant in turkey where it would fall within my means to pay in cash. Alternatively I could shave it, try to bulk up, and perhaps get a tattoo in an attempt to embrace the tough guy look.

Any suggestions?

Neither! My friends who have gone through the same at that age have just embraced it and shaved it off. Why do you think it will look terrible?

Shave it, embrace it. No tattoo and no trying to pretend to be a 'tough guy' if it doesn't reflect upon your personality. Once you stop caring about it (and what other people think!) your life will be much easier.
My husband went bald in his early 20s before I met him. I was instantly attracted to his smile and the way he seemed so confident, happy and relaxed.

Embrace it, shave it, rock the shaved head look (I LOVE it!!!)
