Turning 30 - time for anti ageing cream or decent moisturiser?

I have never really bothered with moisturiser before.

Starting to think I may need to now the weather is getting cooler.

I will be turning 30 soon and don't know if it's time to start with anti ageing cream or just a nice moisturiser?

Any suggestions?

i'm slightly older than you and i don't use a specific anti ageing cream. I just use the superdrug vit e intensive moisturiser as it suits my very dry skin. other than that, i just make sure i wear sunscreen every day and that i remove make up properly when i wear it. I have no wrinkles or fine lines as yet so I must be doing something right! my suggestion would just be to carry on with the sunscreen and just buy a nice moisturiser that suits your skin type but i really wouldn't be fussed over finding anything with specific anti ageing claims

I'd go higher than spf 15 but if you're already using sunscreen, I would say the only other things that make a significant difference are not smoking or sunbathing. I know other people believe differently but I think a complicated skin regime can do as much harm as good (and I'm speaking from experience).
