Duo Boots ... what has happened them?

Their domain address now takes me to Ted and Muffy.com! When did this happen? Why? Boots seem far more expensive than when I last looked. Are they the same company with a new brand/name or have they been bought out? Anyone know?

Same company rebranded with silly name and more expensive I'm afraid!

I was so cross when it happened too - and I'd just missed the sale!! they didn't say what they were doing either and the new ones are stupidly expensive - they got slated on their Facebook too.
Ooh thanks herecomesthesun! I might have to take a punt on tk maxx - they don't have the calf sizes but I think it's worth the risk!

I've taken a punt on some three pairs thanks herecomesthesun. I'm a standard calf size. If it doesn't fit, it's easy enough to return them in store. The new prices are frankly ridiculous!

Thank you thank you herecomesthesun ..... found one pair in my local TK Maxx which were a perfect fit and have ordered a few on the website (though that's harder to guess calf sizes!
if anyone else is stalking TK Maxx.com hope it's not just me!! they've got loads on there now .... free return to store too so I've taken the gamble!

Thanks Butterflies, have just bought a pair. Fingers crossed as I have wide calves but live very close to TK Maxx for returns.
