Slightly interesting long sleeve t-shirts - any suggestions?

I wear long sleeve t-shirts + jeans / combats a lot in the autumn for work,
I know it's a really boring thing to wear, but it's practical for work, and so it's nice to have a top that's a wee bit more interesting than just plain block colour/shape.

My favourites (which are mostly worn out and need to go - hence need for replacements) have maybe contrast colour fabric at the collar/cuffs/hem / interesting print / nice cut to them, something to make them stand out a bit.

Anyone know what I'm getting at and have suggestions as to where I might look? I've tried H&M / Zara / Next / and I'm failing to be inspired. (Needs to be round neck or slash not scoop as no norks to speak of - and not black/white stripe as that's what my two remaining decent tops are.)

Definitely no Breton tops though. Or White Stuff hippy prints.

tk maxx also good and often the best labels with big reductions are on the smaller sizes

Needs to be online for me sadly as no clothes shops bar Peacocks anywhere I'm likely to be in the next couple of months. (Also, every time I've been in TK Maxx I've run away in despair after 5 minutes, somehow I just can't deal with the experience).

Will try Boden clearance, though, that's a good thought. I think one of the tops I like was actually a larger sized mini-Boden (label was cut out when I got it).

Pupsiecola - that's really funny, I just decided I really had to find something, & I've just ordered two tops including an Animal one (bold flower print across the front which looks like it should be good) as well as a baseball style top in a cerise/heather combo.

If it's of any help, Merguez I got them from a website called Surfdome that I just remembered, they've got quite a lot of longsleeve tees, a fair few in the sale too.

Far too expensive but I seen this today and love it!

Tried Uniqlo, as they're usually good for me, but nothing I fancied this time (other than a stripey one I already have!)
Will def. try French connection, though. Whistles I think is out of my budget for work clothes, though good suggestion on taste grounds :) .

I bought this last week, the sleeves are above the wrist length though.

I can't link at the moment but I thought People Tree had a few interesting ones last time I looked and are normally good quality.

American Eagle now have a UK site and loads of cool and interesting long sleeve tshirts. Also a load on sale for about £10-£15.
