Ingrown hairs

If you wax or epilate, how do you prevent ingrown hairs? Especially on legs. I am afraid to epilate higher than mid-thigh, for this reason...

Weird that you got no responses, we can't be the only ones with this issue! I use an AHA and/or BHA every few days, the AHA exfoliates to reduce the likelihood of the hairs getting stuck and the BHA reduces inflammation. Never had much luck with physical scrubs/loofahs but it can't hurt to use one in the shower too.

Thanks for the reply! I wonder if I could mix some AHA or BHA into my body lotion (I make my own lotion).

I found that the best thing is to use some of those exfoliating gloves in the shower each day. They are the only thing I've found to make a huge difference. A thin layer of sudocream sometimes is also excellent for prevention I have found. Smile
Tendskin is loved by a lot of people for this problem as well. www.feelunique.com/p/Tend-Skin-In-Growing-Hair-Solution-118ml?utm_source=GoogleBaseUK&utm_medium=gen&option=32799&aff=mrn&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=&utm_campaign=Google+Shopping+-+Suppliers_Other&mkwid=sEn463VYH_dc&pcrid=51359841759&pkw=&pmt=&utm_content=sEn463VYH_dc|pcrid|51359841759|pkw||pmt|&gclid=Cj0KEQjwm4mwBRCni-ivmePYivkBEiQAdGkklisC38CGjN4zqoW1n-4Awae7381a_JOJ-v9R-swIX_YaAptO8P8HAQ
