Hey all, just after some help to achieve a preppy look. Am on a small budget but will get a few bits here and there (I am an eBay addict). The main area I need suggestions for is footwear, they must keep my feet warm (I have bad circulation). Any any other bits I need ? Would you recommend? Am I too old (27)? Never had the confidence to have a 'style' I wear safe clothes, hate any attention, but feel like dressing well with a clear style will help my confidence. 
I am a size 4/6 depending on vanity sizing 32 23 31 so not really sure on body shape? I have saddle bags!
