Best long lasting lipstick?!

Looking for a non drying red that doesn't slide off after five minutes! Any ideas?

I use Rimmel lasting finish by Kate which is good.

I used to use MAC which is also really good but out of my price range now!

Rimmel Lip Linerin Diva Red, with Clinique Different Lipstick in Perfect Red. Lasts all day and no slipping/sliding!
