My retain a arrived today.
I have bought oil and serum, too.

So is it :

Oil
Serum
Retin a
Moisturise?!

Also have home acid peels so how do they fit in?

Thanks for any tips

I didnt do any peels or acid toning with retin a, it's a pretty intense treatment on it's own.

I did cleanse, wait 20 mins, apply thin layer, mositurise.

Oil last of all. If I use retin A I don't acid tone or use moisturiser after.
Wait 20 mins between acid tone and anything else.
Peels I do once a week or so after cleansing, after peel just a rich moisturiser/oil.

Cleanse
Retin a
Twenty minutes later I use nivea blue moisturiser.
Retin a has me peeling like a snake without moisturiser.

Oil should go after serum - the oil sort of "locks in" the serum, according to Sali Hughes et al.

Ah, thanks.
And do you do serum and oil every mornin, too? Or just evenings?
I heard that you have to cleanse your face, then wait 20/30mins before apply retin a to avoid peeling, ijustlost.

I rarely do the whole shebang in the morning, though I always aim to. I do a quick swipe of a Nip and Fab pad, serum and moisturise. I use different moisturiser in the morning- currently Boots cheapo vit E. At night I alternate between Astral blue pot and an oil.
