Please recommend black leggings

I'm sure its been done before, but I'm looking for recommendations for good quality leggings. Preferably ones that will stay up, not bag around the knees and that don't have a really prominent seam up the middle of the belly part (if that makes sense!) I'm 5'2" and a size 8. Thanks.

Topshop

Go to a dance shop - thicker, higher lycra content, last longer. More expensive but worth it.

Sainsbury's super soft luxury leggings (£10 for a pair, not the pack of two). They are brilliant. Beware the length though-I'm tall and bought long. They were ridiculously long!

Monsoon do good quality heavy jersey leggings with a wide waistband that keeps them in place and acts as a tummy-flattener.

Jeggings all the way for me. Far better than leggings.
But you are nice and slim.
Sainsburys do some good ones.

M&S indigo range.
Avoid shiny, see through Primark at all costs.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 14/09/2015 18:45

I have M&S, sainsburys £10 , some from Costco, and Uniqlo.

The Uniqlo ones are the most disappointing IMO, they pill top thigh level on me (though DD is fine with hers, her legs are more athletic than lardy)

She likes H&M best.

Sainsbury's - keep their shape and colour, no baggy knees and stay up!

DeffoJeffo · 15/09/2015 14:59

You want H&M thick ones. They are amazing!

JackieJormpJormp · 15/09/2015 16:09

New Look! They do leggings in different lengths, and also they do Fleece lined leggings, which are the ultimate winter saviour.

LovelyBranches · 15/09/2015 16:48

Sainsbury's here too

musicmaiden · 15/09/2015 17:02

Sainsbury's are indeed ace
