What age to start using anti ageing creams?

When did you switch from just moisturiser to the anti ageing stuff? Is it a good idea to use them even before you get wrinkles? Are they even any different from normal moisturisers?! I am early 30s and wondering if I need to be doing something for wrinkles now. Confused

Indeed RaisingSteam - that's two thirds of our life apologising for getting older.

I'm afraid whenever a particularly obstreperous teenager of my acquaintance decides to tell me I'm "old" I blandly ask whether he would have preferred the alternative ...

Although I look after my skin now, I swear it's in reasonably good nick because of the crappy slap I piled onto it in younger years. I used to use Panstik plus powder and nothing got through. I'd tan my body on hols but my face would be completely white! So I agree that keeping the sun off is probably the most sensible course of action.
