I've got my eye on a black wool trouser suit, very plain and versatile.
Never bought anything from them before, any idea what the quality and sizing is like?

Are the returns a nightmare?

Good to excellent quality ime, sizing was what I expected it to be, have only purchased in department stores.

I took a chance and ordered 12s, I'm a 10 on a good day so fingers crossed.

Returns ok but oddly the bath store has suddenly closed.

Oh so we can post them back to a UK store? That would be much less faff than sending it back to France, cheaper too!

Comptoir is fab quality. Unfortunately you have to post returns to France, not to a UK store. They process returns pretty quickly but you have to pay postage.

Thanks Cranagh. I ended up cancelling and they processed the refund very quickly. Think this is one instance where I actually need to venture into a real shop {gulp} and not buy blind, as it were, from the internet.
