Eczema and sunbeds

Hey
I am wondering if anyone has some tried and tested advice about treating eczema?

I have it on my legs and id like to be able to wear dresses without worrying how it looks.

I'm quite pale but have recently bought some sunbed minutes ( Ive been on 4 times now) and it's not improving ( a few people have said to me sunbeds help)

I've tried e45 and found it completely crap

Bio oil works okay for me
I've tried some supposed ' natural' skin cream from lush for dry skin... and ouch... Natural my arse. Made it x10 worse.

Has anyone tried the sunbeds for eczema, if so - how long until you seen improvement? I've been doing 3 minutes a time - should I do more?

Or does anyone have any cream then can recommend?

I'm really quite good at not scratching it while I'm awake.. But I wake up sometimes with my legs bleeding due to scratching in my sleep Blush

My friend has quite my eczema and the sunbeds helped her quite a lot. However the damage sunbeds does to your skin I hardly find it worth it. I would go down the route of trying every cream on the market and really use sunbeds as a last resort.

Sunbeds used to be recommended for psoriasis. I've never heard it helping eczema.
Maybe see a naturopath as sometimes looking at your diet & trying something alternative can help.

Try aveeno cream, the oatmeal and occasional dose of steroid cream in it really calms mine. Sun beds didn't do anything for me, sunlight does though.
