Help finding the perfect ankle boot

Had these Dune lovelies last year - wore them out so need to find a replacement
They were so comfy and the perfect ankle height to go with leggings, skinnies, thick tights with sweater dresses or tube skirts
I can't find anything similar - must be black and leather - suede or shiny doesn't matter
It's the height of how far they go up the ankle that's the issue as most are too high and verge into mum boot territory
I don't want elastication anywhere
Have tried dune website, marks, Clarks, debenhams etc, even eBay for old stock or less worn used pair
I'm a size 4 btw

• they're pretty similar (though not black leather) so maybe worth checking the Moda in Pelle site for similar?

(I'm doing the same thing as you - hunting in vain for a pair of Moda boots like the ones I bought 2 years ago. They were perfect. Grrrr)

can you get your Dunes resoled?

Have you tried ASOS? Very good selection there. I was browsing yesterday evening and spotted a few styles similar to those.

I have a similar pair from Rocket Dog. Had them about 4 years and they're still going strong!

I just got these from Office; good height, nice little dip at the front which I find flattering. I'm a 6.5 and got a 7 and they're fine, if a little narrow.
