Please help me look good for a black tie gala!

I've been invited to a black tie gala and need styling help please!
I'm really struggling to decide what to wear. I have very few dresses left and the only two suitable dresses I've already worn to the last two events with all the same people.
I'm either looking for a top to go with this skirt, but can't find anything that I like, or a new dress.
I have very pale skin, very dark hair, I'm about 5'3" and a size 8-10.
The budget is very limited at maybe £50 for a top or £100 for a dress at the most.
I'd really appreciate any advice or links.

Please help me look good for a black tie gala!

It doesn't have to be long. I'd like it to be, but I know that's a tall order [pun intended] for a petite woman!

These are nice, but I'm ideally looking for something a bit more glamorous. I need to wear a bra because my boobs aren't what they used to be! So no backless.
I didn't think to look at coast online though. I like their stuff so I'll have a good look through.
