They really bloody work!

Have been using them for just over a week and the difference in the colour of my teeth is really noticeable! I'm really pleased Smile.

Does anyone else use them?

Which ones Satan? Have Crest ones in my bathroom cabinet giving my sensitive teeth the evil eye........did it hurt?

NotTodaySatan · 10/09/2015 23:18

Yeah it's the Crest ones from EBay.

I haven't had any discomfort or sensitivity at all. I just pop them on in bed at night for half an hour while reading. I drink 3-4 cups of tea a day so was a bit worried about yellowing. They really are whiter. Highly recommend.

I've been wanting to try these for ages, although I'm not too keen on giving up tea, coffee or red wine for ever after to stop my teeth re staining.

ShinesLikeGold · 11/09/2015 10:11

Silly question - they only work on real tooth enamel, right? Not sealants or where chips have been filled in it?

Annarose2014 · 11/09/2015 10:11

Oooh I'm dying to try those but I worry they're a bit pricey. Did they cost a lot?

Totallyaddictedtoshoes · 11/09/2015 10:43

Ooh I really fancy trying these too, I drink far too much coffee and an really conscious my teeth are staining because of it.

Whitechocolatetoblerone · 11/09/2015 10:50

Been using Crest strips twice a year for the past 6 years! Everyone I meet comments on how white my teeth are lol! Would recommend to anyone! Just don't overuse them!

Helgathehairy · 11/09/2015 10:51

story I know you have the normal ones already but you can get crest for sensitive teeth as well. I'm not sure if they're on eBay but I saw them when I was in New York last year. Didn't buy them at the time but I'm going back in October and think I'll get them.

Totallyaddictedtoshoes · 11/09/2015 13:49

How often do you use them, ebay seems to indicate daily for 20 days? Which is about £45, eeek!

SimLondon · 11/09/2015 13:53

Which Crest ones? was it the professional effects ones that you wear for 30 minutes every day for 20 days?

NotTodaySatan · 11/09/2015 13:53

Yeah they are a bit pricey.

These look identical, have great reviews and are much more affordable?

I used one strip a day for 10 days and my teeth came out fabulous. I'll be ordering a box a yr from Amazon.

I did try and use 2 in one day but had sensitive teeth for 24 hrs afterwards. Won't try that again.

ArmfulOfRoses · 11/09/2015 14:04

Are they flexible strips or rigid?
My teeth have a small crossover and I'd be worried about bits being missed iyswim?

Sallycinnamum · 11/09/2015 14:07

I'd love to try these but have crowns on my two front teeth after a bike accident when I was a teen.

Wonder whether it's worth the risk or will I end up with whiter natural teeth and yellow crowns!!

NotTodaySatan · 11/09/2015 14:22

Armful they're flexible so you can press against the strip to make sure it is touching all your teeth.

They're a bit weird to wear but not uncomfortable.

Dowser · 11/09/2015 14:48

I have the trays and no they don't do crowns

Turquoisedance · 12/09/2015 10:11

I have just ordered some crest strips on line so can't wait to try them out. They are ££ but I've wanted try them for ages and my teeth need them.

My US friends have used them for years.

You can't buy them on Amazon here in the UK.

TheStorySoFar · 12/09/2015 10:18

Think I'll have to try them again...maybe if I brush with sensitive toothpaste they'll not be too sensitive.

OneBreathAfterAnother · 12/09/2015 10:21

Anyone got a link? These sound interesting! I have yellow teeth from childhood, I'd love to whiten them up a bit.

I do have a filling in a front tooth - would that be whitened too, or is it natural enamel only?

I've ordered mine from here which I'm hoping will be ok as I don't want fake strips with the potential to ruin my teeth, although who knows if these are or not.

Turquoisedance · 12/09/2015 12:16

Ooo exciting I ordered my crest whitening strips last night and they've just arrived.

Turquoisedance · 12/09/2015 12:39

So I ordered these and the sell by date is July 2017 and it comes with 20 treatments, 40 strips for both top and bottom teeth. They have a product code on the box which matches the codes on the strips and it came in a sealed box.
