help please re strapless/backless bra

Any help/advice please?? I have seen the most amazing dress, but I can't wear a normal bra with it, or even a normal strapless bra - it has lace panels on the sides. I need either a strapless bra with very thin side straps that will be hidden, or a magic backless bra.

Do these stick on bras work for a 45 year old 34DD??

No bra is not an option.
