fifties party help !!

Been invited to a fifties party , my aunties 60th . We are all expected to dress up 50's style .

what should i wear and where do i buy from ?

ive no idea really . probably whatever i wear could end up gathering dust as i hardly go out . i would like to try and look reasonably nice though rather than 'funny' which i may end up
