Support for under dresses?

I've got a couple of new dresses which are tube style and looking for some sort of support/shapewear to go underneath.

Spanx are no good, as I have to wear tights as well and they feel uncomfortable and you can see the lines underneath the dresses.

is there a sort of support slip that exists for underneath close fitting dresses??

I'm fairly slim but want to smooth out my slight c-section overhang Grin

Yes, I think I bought mine from M&S (ordered online). Be warned though that they are sold by bra size rather than body size. I was massively fat and drunk and had a rather hilarious struggle to get of it. I'm sure their intended purpose is rather more like what you are looking for!
