Nursing Clothes - Is it me?

The ones you discreetly pull aside to reveal a hole to presumably pop a nipple through and nobody will be any the wiser. Think cheapo Purpless tops. I have to retrieve most of my boob through the hole in order for it to work, defeating the purpose really.

I usually do the vest under top approach, which is much more discreet for me. I have pretty large
saggy boobs with nipples perched rather far down so maybe this is why it works better than trying to fish my boobs into position through a hole. Is it just me who struggles or have I cocked up something as simple as wearing a top?

I find nursing tops pointless too. I can only feed in the rugby ball position and like you I have big boobs with low nipples...I end up getting my whole boob out. I just can't see another way to do it. It's certainly not discreet but I don't really care Blush

I found those tops pretty pointless. I also have big boobs. The holes are rarely big enough for me to fit a nipple through.

The thing which worked best for me was a normal vest top underneath which I could pull under my boob, and a looser one on top. Or one called a breast vest which only covers your midriff, with another top on top.

For the early days / night time one of the vest tops with clips on the strap and under boob supports are good as they mean you don't need to wear a bra.

I've ditched all of my nursing gear, vest tops with round neck tops over the top all the way here!! However proper nursing bra's are a must...

I wore one of my two nursing tops today with a vest underneath and just yanked it up... Much better!

Agreed about the nursing bras. God, I hate the fiddly clasps though. Nursing attire = fiddly fiddly fiddly bollocks.
