What to wear with new shoes?

DP just bought me these beautiful shoes whilst on holiday in Kraków - no idea what to wear them with other than a LBD for smart or black skinnies for more casual with maybe a merino or cashmere plain sweater
Any ideas style gurus?

Dark denim skinnies would be ok I guess - I'm a 14-16 and too self conscious re thigh size to wear lighter coloured jeans

Dark jeans would be great with them, either indigo or black, or maybe grey.

I would wear black cigarette leg pants and a black tee shirt, black tailored shirt or black roll neck.

Or a black tunic dress and 100 opaques.

I'm never sure about cigarette pants as although I'm quite short I have long legs and they never seem to look right length on me
Do you all like the shoes by the way?
