Reasonably stylish rucksack?

I know it's an oxymoron but I'm looking for a reasonably stylish rucksack to keep all the nappies, hats, coats etc in. I have a lovely change bag but we're using the buggy less these days and carrying it on one shoulder across my body is killing my back.

Do any of you have any ideas?

if you are carrying enough weight to notice in a shoulder bag, farty frilly fashion rucksacks won't be any better.

get something real with a hip belt to take the weight.

no good to your kids if you are the most stylish person in the backache clinic.

Not the first place I'd have thought of looking but I bought a grey checked one in Paperchase. I can't see it on line now but they do quite often have some nice ones in. Failing that, leather ones are often quite nice, if a little pricey.

I recently got a fab quicksilver one from tk maxx for about 15 quid. It is not girly at all - plain black, no logos, minimal design and really strong. It's a proper skateboarder's backpack and I love it, I can carry all my work stuff easily and in my head look all cool and European.

I love Kipling ones because they have lots of compartments for organising everything. Mine is called Seoul I think, in navy blue.

I really want a Kipling one, but they are so expensive. In the meantime I got this very light and very inoffensive one for a tenner in TK Maxx.

Amazon and QVC often have good deals on Kipling. They last for years too, I've had one Kipling shoulder bag in regular use for about 8 years and washed it in the machine and it's still as new.
