Blackheads on my back - yuk!

Felt some itchiness on my back, between my shoulder blades, and had a bit of a scatch as best I could and out popped a couple of blackhead yuk!

I don't have anyone to check my back out and do some squeezing for me so I'm wondering how I can get rid of any lurking blackheads and ensure my back looks lovely.
