Hair style needed!

I'm off to get my hair cut and coloured soon. My first time in years!

I'm going from black to chocolate brown. I want a full fringe and layers. I want it cut around my face, how do I explain that? I want it more fuller and wavy ish, so it's not full on poker straight.

Help! :(

I would take a picture in to show what I was going for think that helps rather than just a description
