What to wear to autumn wedding?

I've posted before, but can't find the thread anymore and am still looking for something to wear, so sorry if you posted on my original thread.

I'm invited to a wedding at the end of October. I have no idea what to wear! I have a very small budget. I'm 5 feet 7, size 14, can't wear anything waisted, have a 34g chest, 34 inch waist, long legs, Brown hair and eyes, tend to wear dark turquoise or greens or blues, darkish reds, grey, black and white patterned .. Tend to stick to low neckline, either scoop or cowl, possibly v.

I've no shoes or bag either. I've been looking on eBay due to my low budget.

Any suggestions?

This is my favourite dress, I would wear it with a long pale grey cardigan, but unsure if it's ok to wear black to a wedding?

And I have this, a jersey dress, nothing special ...

How dressy do you think the wedding will be? I wouldn't wear the last two to a wedding as they seem too casual to me but weddings here (Ireland) are usually very dressy.

The first one is lovely and you could wear a little bolero cardigan over it but I'm not sure if it is a bit summery for an October wedding.

My budget is very small, not more than about £40??

I don't think it's going to be very dressy, not a big wedding, not church. I don't know anyone apart from my bf. I don't want to be too dressy, as I'll not feel comfortable then.

This is nice irl and a bargain. It has sleeves so you could manage without a cover-up.

This would need something with it, as it's sleeveless, but might suit your figure and I like that it is 50% cotton

Remus, the neckline is all wrong for me.

Not keen on any of those, sorry. Purple is awful on me, the necklines don't suit me and I don't want to wear sleeves (I get hot quickly!)

Wrap dresses aren't great on me, and tend to be very revealing anyway. A scoop neckling, or cowl, or V at a push would be much more flattering. Ideally short sleeved, as I have a tattoo I'd like to more or less cover, but not long sleeved - hot flushes due to age!

It's got a waist, I can't wear them, they always make me look weird

I'm better with bodycon style or maybe slightly flared towards bottom.

If you already have black accessories, this is just four quid over budget

Do you like lace?

The Phase Eight green one would probably work, although the cowl is quite high, maybe too high actually. I do like the look of Phase Eight dresses, but have never bought one yet.

I like lace, but not the green lace dress.
