Plain long sleeved t shirts, where can I get them?!

I'm after plain long or 3/4 length sleeved t shirts, in all colours but particularly white.
They need to have some sort of stretch in them in order to keep shape when on, and need to be long enough to cover my, errm, groin area.

I bought one in primark earlier and it's perfect but just not quite long enough!

Any ideas? I don't want to spend a fortune.

Sorry, no answer but marking my place as I have had numerous long sleeved t shirts in the past and I find most shrink, so would like to know too!

I think my best so far was H&M. Dorothy Perkins were long last year (but very thin) and M&S shrunk.

DarylDixonsDarlin · 28/08/2015 22:51

Defo h and m. I just got another one from there and its long enough.

Lj8893 · 28/08/2015 22:51

I couldn't see any in h&m earlier, but I struggle with their shop layouts so could easily have missed them.

Will check out DPs offerings and report back Smile

The ones on the h&m website all look quite short in length, I appreciate the models wearing them are tall but even still!

White Stuff

LimitedSedition · 28/08/2015 23:00

How tall are you? If you're quite short maybe a t shirt from the tall section in DP or somewhere might end up being long enough.

Lj8893 · 28/08/2015 23:00

White stuff too pricey for me, I'm not in a position to pay £20 upwards for a basic staple clothing item unfortunately. One day in the future though Grin

Yy limited that just ran through my mind, I'm pretty short but have big boobs which take up a lot of material Blush but I think a top from a tall section may work well!

I used to get them from Gap, but they have gone to shit. Have you tried Uniqlo?

Lj8893 · 28/08/2015 23:05

No I haven't, but will look now! I'm from a shit town with a shit selection of shops so I always forget about other shops when looking online!

HmmSmile

I never pay that much from there. Sales, vouchers are. White tops are often in the sale too, and they're long and nice fabric.

H&M is good but random. Next is shit. Uniqlo excellent call

Lj8893 · 28/08/2015 23:21

I don't have a white stuff locally, so I had a quick glance online and the cheapest top of my description was £19. Sorry I didn't mean to cause offence.

Matalan have some, but you have to be an eight or an eighteen ( well that was the shop I was in yesterday Hmm )

ItStillLooksLikeRainDear · 28/08/2015 23:25

Next do lots of different ones. I usually get M&S but was disappointed in their quality last year. Tried next & they've been better.

Lj8893 · 28/08/2015 23:26

Oooo I may be in luck at matalan then Grin

Wow, they've got expensive. Guess I buy there in sales :)

Lovely stuff though. I've got a couple of long sleeved tops that still look brand new and theyre a couple of years old and lots of wear

Fozzleyplum · 28/08/2015 23:29

Boden have layering t shirts which are quite long. You might need to size up though if you're not after a fitted look, but the website gives the garment measurements.

ItStillLooksLikeRainDear · 28/08/2015 23:30

Just had a quick look on the next catalogue online £6.50 for plain long sleeve in White, black, navy in tall sizes.

Lj8893 · 28/08/2015 23:30

Definetly not got a Boden budget Shock
