Search for the perfect blouse/shirt

Don't you hate it when you get an idea in your head but can't find it in real life?!

I am searching for a black and white, or grey and white, striped shirt or blouse to wear with skinny jeans and heels or pumps. I don't want it too fitted and not too short either. In a size 18.

Sounds simple right? Wrong! Any ideas?

Oh and I don't want to spend a fortune either!

The first one doesn't have my size and the next one is a bit too smart I think. I like the h&m one and am surprised I hadn't seen it already! Thank You

Going into town this afternoon so hopefully can try the h&m one and it's not too boxy.

Anybody else have any ideas?
