tinted moisteriser recommendation please

I need to buy a new tinted moisturiser. currently using boots no7 3 in 1 but am thinking of trying a new one, so I need spf, quite good coverage, I prefer to apply with a sponge if that makes a difference and not wildly expensive, would stretch to £20 probably. what are all these bb creams I keep seeing? should I be looking at them?

I Love Liz Earle tinted moisturiser.
A tube will last a long time and it makes me look healthy.
I always repeat buy it, sometimes I will try another but i always go back to it.

is that still on line only? how do you get the right colour?
