Self tanning question

I have bought Boots Soltan self tan dry mist spray. If I spray this in the bathroom will i risk spraying my bathroom fixtures and causing them damage? Should I go spray in the garden? It is mostly my legs I want to tan. Any help in using this stuff would be most appreciated.

Personally with a spray tanner I get in the shower, spray myself and then give everything a quick spritz with sainsburys shower spray just in case. Seems to have been ok thus far

I would go outside. Possibly the shower but have never tried!
