Wardrobe de clutter...anyone thrown out everything they haven't worn in a year?

That's all....anyone braved this....any regrets about missing items?

Interested before I go for it and de clutter ????

I don't have a strict time limit on it, I probably should have said that in my post. Just whenever, if I don't wear an item it doesn't matter whether its been there 6months or 18, theres a reason i haven't worn it and it needs to go!

Don't give up hope on clothes you've "grown out of", if you like them and they are still decent, its ok to keep them (perhaps in the loft, or storage?) in case you want to lose weight and have them fit again?
