And buy a couple of cheap rough flannels. Home Bargains/wilkos. My skin is transformed. Why I didn't do this years ago I don't know. The cheaper the better.

Set of 10 for £1 in IKEA, white with coloured hanging loops, are excellent.

I have the IKEA ones but they feel really rough after a few washes & shrink a bit.
