Spotty nose!

I have recently developed a very spotty and greasy nose but the rest of my face is fine/ unchanged. Any advice as to how to tackle this.

I am in my 40s and have never had any spots before. I have quite dry skin and wash my face with water only and then moisturise it with quite a heavy moisturiser.

if I get a greasy/spotty part of my face it's usually totm related so hormonal, but what usually works for me is to cleanse and tone, and then use a clay mask in the affected area every 2-3 days, it keeps the skin less oily and helps with the spots

I have one from superdrug in a tube it was about £1.50 and it means cause it isn't in a packet it can be reused easily
