2015 winter coat thread?

Hi, I know this thread happens every year, but the links don't work on the old threads I've found.

I need a warm waterproof, bottom covering ideally. Don't mind looking like a hiker; would really like it to go in at the waist / look feminine.

Any ideas, or is August too early?

Deerhunter Lady Charlotte coat has been my stipend for many years.
warm, pull in waist if you want, waterproof, definitely butt covering
zipped pockets for when you want stuff secure
Voluminous pockets for additional crap
Hood that zips off too and stays up when neck strap done up
Bit more hunting shooting fishing than hiker but works.

I still swear by my Merrel Haven, an oldy but a goody.

I need something that works for work and casual. Not sure what yet though.

Not waterproof but there are some lovely coats on & Other Stories. Not indulging myself though, I'll be 9 months pregnant at Christmas so...I guess a cape?!?
