have a full basket at the checkup but not sure about sizing and returns looks like you have to pay which is putting me off.

Jaeger generally tends to be generous sizing although it depends what it is that you're buying.
As for returns I think it's normal to have to pay to return something via mail if you order online, is it not?

you are right re postage, it's only £3.95 I am just used to free returns.

If it is a cocoon style coat it will be bloody enormous.
