I never bother to exfoliate before epilation and I get ingrowing hairs. So I am determined to do it properly!

Please give me tips on how to exfoliate and what to use and what moisturiser do you use afterwards?

Use a grainy exfoliater 2-3 times a week in the shower. Really concentrate on circular movements.
Any body lotion to use afterwards is fine.

After years of perseverance I've realised it doesn't make a difference - I get ingrown hairs regardless Hmm

Tendskin afterwards helps to an extent but have not found a cure

I use a scrub, I have a santuary one but have used soap and glory one before, and put it on a shower puff (those nylon sponge things) and it leaves my skin really soft. I do this before I fake tan or epilate. I am using a L'oreal gradual tan at the moment as a body lotion, I have a soap and glory body butter for when my skin is drier. I use Clinique or body shop exfoliating scrubs if I am a bit better off or there's an offer on. I rarely get ingrowing hairs, I get more if I shave my bikini line, it's much better if I epilate (but I need a gin or two before I do that) Grin
