Clinique eyeliner from Ebay

Just received an eyeliner from EBay that I ordered, Clinique quickliner. It's ok but has no smudger on the end and I'm sure it should have one. Could this be the actual product?

I've emailed the seller and got a reply, they say there are two different types of the eye liner, one without the smudger and one with. I don't think there is a version of the quickliner without a smudger but maybe one of the other types.

It could be one that was made for a GWP, they don't usually have smudgers. I'm pretty sure that the ones that are made for individual sale always have smudgers.
