Talk to me about hot cloth cleansing

I keep hearing about the wonders of hot cloth cleansing so I'm hoping someone can explain exactly what it entails.

Is it simply cleaning your face with a hot cloth and water? Should I be trying to remove make up first? Should I use a cleanser first or with the cloth?

You massage a cleanser in, then get your cloth hot, wring it out, place over your face to open pores and then use the cloth to wipe off the cleanser. I love no7 hot cloth cleanser (currently £5 with their £5 off vouchers), lots of people on here recommend coconut oil as the cleanser.

Body Shop Camomile cleansing balm is also great with a hot cloth.
