Help, narrow fit white trainers for boys

I'm having a terrible time finding School trainers for my son. He is a size 11 width E. I've tried everywhere I can think of. I can't find any anywhere.
Any ideas please?

Have you tried clarks? They have plenty of white trainers. F fit should be fine if you can secure the ankle well. If there's too much room an insole can be put in. My little girl is a c/d fitting and can wear trainers still

I always found nikes to be a narrow fit.
