Another Birkenstock question...

Sorry, I know there's been a lot of them recently. My birkies are starting to die and I need new ones but am going for a different style. I am a size three with wide feet (EE fitting) and bunions to boot. My current Birkenstock are Papillio Madrids which I wear on the loosest hole and I've since found out are a narrow fitting (they are the only narrow shoes I've ever owned!). I want to try either https://www.birkenstock.co.uk/Product/214/Mayari-Nubuck-Birko-Flor-Mocca-071061/ or <a class="break-all" href="//yarawww.birkenstock.co.uk/Product/23/Yara-Natural-Leather-Habana-013391/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">yarawww.birkenstock.co.uk/Product/23/Yara-Natural-Leather-Habana-013391/. They're both regular width which should be a bit better, but has anyone any thoughts on how the unusual big toe bit would fit around a bunion? TIA
